Hardworking teams. The service provided was beyond my expectations. Very well organised, efficient, punctual removal service. Everything was meticulously timed. I don’t think I would be in my new home if I didn’t have the packing service available to me due to mobility problems. I would like to say that 5 stars doesn’t seem enough and would like to express my gratitude to all the teams involved making my move run so smoothly from start to finish. Many many thanks again.

Things started going wrong right from the beginning. They told us to fill out a form of what needs to be moved instead of sending someone around to give us a quote. Even though we tried calling them up to clarify things, their unhelpful receptionist fobbed us off. This resulted in hidden charges as their online form had an error and did not record all the boxes we needed to get packed, and we were charged extra for it at the end.

They also sent around a small team, who were shocked at the amount of work they had to do, due to the error on their online form not accurately reflecting everything that had to be moved.

They were rude, grumpy, inconsiderate of keeping our carpets clean, left furniture out in the rain on the gravel, and caused damage to our cupboards when they assembled them, as well as assembling them wrong. They had packed valuable jewellery by just throwing it into a box instead of taking care it does not get damaged. Non-stick pans were just thrown into a box without care to protect them from being scratched.

They left at around 2 am in the next morning!

One particular point of disgust was when one of them did not even wash their hands after going to the toilet, and he was the one who packed all our daughter's clothes and toys!

Very impressed with everyone at Casey’s who looked after our move from the initial enquiry & quote to the move itself. Everyone was helpful and friendly which took away the stress on moving day.

We packed a bit ourselves as we had quite a lot of sorting out to do & Casey’s then came in the day before the move to pack the kitchen and some fragile items.

On the day, the team were brilliant and worked fast and efficiently. They quickly loaded the vans & then just as quickly, unpacked them at our new house! Everything arrived safely and with no breakages.

Last month we moved from a house in S.W. London down to West Sussex. With all the hassle & stress involved in moving it was a real pleasure to deal with Casey's. From the estimate visit (not a virtual tour!), making the arrangements with the friendly and helpful receptionist to the day of the actual move Casey's were thoroughly professional. The team who performed the actual move were efficient and very careful with our property. They were more than happy to place the heavy items exactly where we wanted with no complaints. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended. (the price included overnight storage)

Casey's were recommended to us by a friend and we endorse her recommendation. We used Casey's for everything - packing, moving, unpacking, confidential disposal, skip and finally disposal of an item that would not fit. Terry's first visit inspired our confidence; the support of Lisa etc in admin was always really helpful; the colleagues who did the actual move were also amazing - superb. Excellent. This was a 7 day job, from a very large house and garden, full of books and children's art work and photos, but they were always there, always patient, always thoughtful, and always right in their suggestions.

Casey's were recommended locally and gave a quote which was in line with other local companies. Packing fragile items and loading most of our furniture took place the day before the move and was efficient and careful with every box clearly labelled. The team were great and liaised with us throughout the day to ensure they were leaving everything that we needed overnight. On the morning of the move the team were again prompt and efficient loading the final items and were waiting outside our new property before we had collected the keys. Nothing was too much trouble and all items were put exactly where we asked. We had no complaints and found the process less stressful than we had expected. We would recommend Casey's to others.

The first company I received a quote from wanted to do the move over 3 days. I got a quote from Casey's Removals and they recommended packing it all up on the day of the move. We go ahead to Shrewsbury and stay in a hotel over night and they would meet us the following morning at 9am. They stored the furniture at there yard and left at 3am to meet us at the new property at 9am. It worked out perfectly. The crew were fantastic and very friendly. It was all unpacked in around 2.5 hours. I would highly recommend using Casey's Removals if my experience was anything to go by. Excellent move.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Casey's Removals to anyone. The whole setup was brilliant. The quote was great, we were kept up to date during the process and they were very flexible based on our moving date. The team that turned up were very professional. They looked after all of our belongings and they were super quick. The day actually went super quick and the guys were finished early. 100% would recommend and also use again if we move in the future.

The team who helped us move flat ensured it was a stress free process. It wasn’t a straight forward move because a lot of stuff was going for ‘clearance’ apart from all the items going to the new place. So 2 vans were needed.

I had a pre-move meeting with John to arrange everything and he could not have been more helpful. On moving day the team of guys worked quickly and efficiently, respected our belongings and nothing was too much trouble. I can recommend Casey’s without any hesitation.

The onsite check and quote given by Casey's was as expected and thorough as we chose the 'full pack' service.

The chaps were on time and polite and just got on with the job without any fuss. It took 2 days to get everything onboard and we were off! Off-loading at the new house needed 2 vehicles (1 large, 1 small) as the lane was too small and the guys shuttled the contents throughout the rest of the day - again without any moans - and were completed before dark.

We were pleased to use a local company and we received an excellent service from them and are happy to recommend them for a local or a longer distance removal.

It was like International Rescue! We had a fridge freezer on the pavement at midday, and at 4pm, the fridge freezer is in situ in our kitchen! We could not be more grateful for the happy friendly service from Carol when I rang in a panic, to the four guys who came within a couple of hours. I think the guys thought they were going to be able to ‘knock off’ for the day, but a venture into Putney for an hour or so came out of the blue and we’re really grateful! Thank you all.

The guys did an excellent job moving furniture and personal possessions into storage and to a new flat.

Professional, fast and approachable they made the whole process straightforward and simple.

Personal possessions were packed well and larger items were protected to avoid damage.

The administration team were friendly and helpful with quick responses to all our queries and questions.

I would not hesitate to use Casey's again.

I received an excellent value quote from Steve at Casey's. When he visited to review the house and provide a quote I asked him about timing. I wondered what time they might arrive and what time we might be finished and 'on the road'. He reckoned they'd arrive about 8:30am and be finished around midday, which was good. I did all the packing myself over a two week period, although Casey's could have provided this for me if I'd wished.

The team of four were there at almost dead on time and so we started. The guys only stopping very briefly for tea's and coffee we were happy to make them. Every time I turned around they'd emptied yet another room of boxes or furniture. Suddenly I was told 'that was it'. I quickly checked and indeed it was only us left in the house it seemed. I looked at the time and went outside to speak to the guys who were about the close the tail-gate of the van. I asked them if they knew what the time was, which they didn't. I showed them my watch as we stood in the road. It was exactly 12noon, the time predicted by Steve. Can't get much better than that.

Arrival was slightly delayed because of the usual legal arrangements on the day, but we were unloading by 2:30pm. The guys were gone by 5pm.

Very happy with the way the day went and the team that helped me move. More than happy in my case to say I'd recommend Casey's Removals to anyone.

This is the first time I'd used a removal's company, but they were recommended by a colleague of mine at work, and glad I took her advice. Since planning the move had been rather strenuous with most people not keeping to schedule or their end of the word, I wanted a stress free ‘what you see is what you get’ service. This exactly what I got with the company. From the initial contact, someone coming around to give me a quote, to the van turning up on the day, scheduling was on the dot. The guys had to climb two flights of stairs to carry the boxes, dismantle the furniture, stack the lorry down below and then set everything up according to the box numbers and room directions in the new house. We served them some tea and biscuits for
a small break, but the threesome worked pretty hard and disciplined until everything was unpacked and arranged in the new house and was excellent at taking directions.
If there was anything negative to say it would be a) the service seemed a bit pricey, but considering the lifting of 50+ boxes and items between the two floors this seemed OK; b) they dismantled the furniture and a couple of small screws and connectors went awry! But nothing we couldn’t fix.

What a great service! So professional, polite, experienced, trustworthy and conscientious. They took control of the whole moving process and did a superb job. Moving and rebuilding the furniture was a real bonus and they were able to get all of our stuff packed and unpacked with no stress or any issues. The team really took care of our belongings and clearly took pride in their work and customer service. I must how good they really were and how competitive their pricing was too. You won’t regret using them!

John and Don on day one did all the packing and again with Tony on day 2, moved us from a second floor flat to the ground floor of a house next door. Nothing was too much trouble they were polite, friendly and coped with 2 flights of stairs lifting and carrying everything with care and efficiency. Well worth the cost for both packing and moving and as they came highly recommended to us by a colleague, I would highly recommended them too. Thank you Guys and all at Casey's for making our move so much less stressful than we thought it would be.

Casey’s removal has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. We struggled for weeks to get a completion date and they managed to accommodate at very short notice. A gentleman called Terry initially came for a quote at our house, which was very fair and honest. They day of the move itself was genuinely fantastic! We had a big 3 bed house and summerhouse to load and the team was exceptionally friendly, careful and polite. We didn’t have side access yet they managed everything beyond expectation and without complaint.

Overall I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you so much Kate, Terry, jack, Daniel, john and more… you turned a stressful day into a joyful ride!

Paid for the packing and moving service. Firstly, was meant to be a two day move. I get a call on the Friday before, asking if they could show up that day to pack.

Okay then. I hadn't time to pack my core items. So instead of a two day move, it's now a 5 day move. Friday packed some of the house, weekend boxes everywhere, which made life difficult for myself and my dogs.

Then Monday rolls around. A different group of moves show up, who don't know what the first half have done and not done and how it's setup.

Constant complaining.

Then Tuesday, yet again a different group of movers. More complaining. Insults about my masculinity from some of the movers. Constant complaints about dog hair, about stairs, about all sorts.

To end with. They didn't pack my cutlery. I only noticed a week later when I unpacked all my boxes. Then found another 2 cupboards that haven't been packed.

Broke my lounge and armchairs. How? They dismantled them, removed the bolts, and as different groups put them together, the new group of movers couldn't find the bolts.

Broke a lamp, broke the wheels on my bbq, broke the wheels on my filing cabinet.

Left behind a bunch of stuff. Like the power cable for one of my Alexa's.

Then at the last minute told me that I needed to empty the wardrobe boxes in the next 10 minutes or they'd charge me £10 a box. So an extra £110.

I paid more based on recommendations and reviews, I got grumpy movers who did a crap job.

That said a few of the movers were good - the one who packed all my kitchen did a great job (apart from missing the cutlery drawer). My computer desk went okay.
